Alberto Brogliato
Alberto Brogliato was born in 1981 in the province of Vicenza and graduated in Product Design from the University of Venice IUAV in 2006. He worked for eight years in design and R&D at Euro3Plast and PLUST Collection, for which he designed a number of products, winning an honorable mention in 2010 and the "design of wonder" award in the Young&Design competition in 2013. He then co-founded the design studio BrogliatoTraverso with Federico Traverso, which won several international awards including Red Dot design, IF design, German Design, Good Design and A' Design.
Brogliato strives to follow more directed paths and invent products that do not aim for immediate amazement, but for intimate, subtle and deep empathy. He tries to bring this approach to design into all his work. The aim is to create timeless products that establish a relationship with the user and the space and that respect both. For example, Alberto Brogliato has collaborated with the Plust brand, for which he created the unique AIRBALL collection, inspired by floorball, or OHLA and GUMBALL. For Infiniti , he has designed countless original products, including the PEB and SETTESUSETTE collections.
