The designer and founder of Antonio Lanzillo & Partners was born in Milan in 1976. He studied industrial design at the "Politecnico di Milano". Antonio Lanzillo's work is characterized by originality of form and functional innovation with an emphasis on sustainability. In his style we find elements of innovation, intuition, curiosity, respect for the past and insight into the future. He sees design as creativity applied to business.

The design studio Antonio Lanzillo & Partners has been operating since 2001 and focuses on products, communication and strategy in a wide range of fields. Interior design and furniture, urban furnishings, lighting, consumer electronics, all of which it has long collaborated with global brands and architects(Marc Sadler and Rodolfo Dordoni), building a dynamic position in the design field. Antonio Lanzillo boasts several prestigious awards such as the Compasso d'Oro in 2020, the German Design Award in 2019 and the Good Design Award in 2017. The Alax portfolio includes, for example, the LUNA table lamp, which he designed for the manufacturer SLIDE.
