Bernstrand & Borselius

Successful projects alone and in tandem, lots of creative ideas and a selection of quality materials. The design duo Bernstrand & Borselius run design studios, collaborate with various brands and are dedicated to furniture and interior design. Their paths crossed at university, but it wasn't until 2015 that they started working together for the first time. They are represented in our portfolio, for example, by their collaboration with the TRECE brand.

Thomas Bernstrand graduated from Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Sweden, and then studied industrial design at Denmarks Designskole in Copenhagen. In addition to industrial design, he has also worked on architectural projects for private clients. His work has been awarded numerous prizes and grants. Stefan Borselius graduated from the College of Arts, Crafts and Design at Konstfack University and also studied joinery and furniture design at the Steneby School and the Carl Malmstens School. Following the example of his ancestors, he always wanted to create pieces for contemporary living. All his designs are preceded by detailed research into details, functions, techniques and materials.
