Cristina Celestino
Cristina Celestino is an Italian designer who was born in 1980 in Pordenone, Italy, studied architecture at the IUAV University of Venice and founded her design studio Attico in Milan in 2011. Celestini's designs are characterised by a combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics. She is often inspired by historical design movements, incorporating their elements into her work in a novel and innovative way. Her designs are often characterised by soft curves, bold colours and unexpected materials that create a sense of playfulness and whimsy.
Celeste's work has been exhibited at several international design fairs and exhibitions, including Salone del Mobile in Milan, Maison et Objet in Paris and Design Miami/Basel. She has also received numerous awards and honors, including the Wallpaper* Design Award. In addition to her design work, Celestino is also a teacher and lecturer. She has taught at several design schools, including the Politecnico di Milano and the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. She has also been a guest speaker at international conferences and events dedicated to design.
