Daniele Bedini

Daniele Bedini was born in Florence. He was the first European graduate of the "Space Architecture" (University of Florence) run in collaboration with NASA. In his offices in London and Florence, he is involved in space, interior and industrial product design activities together with his creative team and his son Edgar. The Florence office also specialises in architecture and renovation of old buildings.

He teaches at the world's most important universities such as Chelsea College of Art, Kingston University and the Royal College of Art in London as a lecturer and tutor. At Kingston University he is responsible for an entire course dedicated to space design, supported by ESA and NASA. He is a consultant for space habitability and space habitat technology in very important commissions for ESA, ASI, Thales-Alenia Space, NTE, ENEA etc. He was also responsible for the first commercial experiment with food in space called "MEDIET". He is considered an expert in space tourism. As a product designer he has worked for many important companies such as Bardelli Ceramiche, TM Italia kitchens, Rubinetterie, Qsquared Design, Slide and Coop Italia. His design is considered one of the most innovative and advanced.
