Giorgio Bonaguro
Giorgio Bonaguro studied mechanical engineering in Modena and then graduated from the Scuola Politecnica di Design SPD in Milan, majoring in industrial and interior design. He worked in several Milanese design studios, first with Lorenzo Palmeri, then with Francesco Faccino in Michele De Lucchi's studio, and finally with the designer and critic Marco Romanelli.
He has collaborated with companies on a global scale and developed limited editions presented at some international fairs such as Salone del Mobile, Design Miami, London Design Festival, Maison et Objet, Wanted Design NY and Design Days Dubay. He works between Italy and Brazil in product design, interior design, exhibition and lighting, trying to combine linear style with research and combination of materials. An example of his work is the luxury coffee table JOAQUIM, which he designed for the Italian company Tacchini.
