Ionna Vautrin
Ionna Vautrin is a talented French designer who was born in 1979 in France. She studied design at the Nantes Atlantique School of Design and later at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy. After graduating, she worked for several years as a designer for major companies such as Christian Dior, George J. Sowden and Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. In 2011, she founded her own design studio in Paris, where she creates innovative and functional products that reflect her playful and colorful design aesthetic. She focuses on designing everyday objects that are functional, simple and surprising at the same time. Most of her projects feature characteristics of organic and geometric shapes, bright colors or simple and intuitive design.
Her work has been awarded numerous prizes and honours, including the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris and the Designer of the Year award at Maison et Objet. Ionna Vautrin's work has been exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, including the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Museum of Arts and Design in New York and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
