Jakob Berg

Jakob Berg studied industrial design at the Copenhagen School of Architecture in 1987. Simplified solutions, minimised material consumption and an emphasis on the relationship between user and product - all this and more ensures that Jakob Berg's intelligent furniture design is truly international. Over the past 20 years, his distinctive design has delighted Danish and international clients alike, and the list of official accolades is therefore impressive. In recent years he has been involved in development projects in third world countries with a focus on environmentally safe and sustainable furniture production. Through his example, he has shown a promising new path for Danish furniture design.
