Jo. van Norden

After studies at the Berlin University of the Arts, including studies at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, Jo. van Norden completed a master's degree in industrial design. He then moved to London where he worked as a design assistant and for Vivienne Westwood. As a scholarship student he studied design at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart and then moved to Berlin where he founded his gallery.

Jo Van Norden founded the gallery of antique furniture and design objects in 2010. He is a true jack of all trades - he designs furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and theatre costumes. His DADO shelf for Schönbuch is a particularly fitting example of his versatility.
