Luis A. Arrivillaga
Luis Alberto Arrivillaga studied mechanical engineering at Rafael Landivar University and product and interior design in Milan, Italy. In 2009 he started working at Flowserve and Lai Studio. He has had the opportunity to do research and development in different concepts, from furniture and object design to interiors and architecture. In 2010, Arrivillaga joined Atelier Biagetti, where he developed various interior and industrial design projects.
In 2011 he won an international design award with MDF Italia and Cristalplant for the project "Putia", a table that is part of the company's collection under the name "BEAM". For this reason, he opened his own design studio, where he started to collaborate with different companies and the designer Prospero Rasulo to develop new innovative products. In his designs, he focuses on innovation and a modern look, but which also carries a sophistication that will be useful not only for what is beautiful, but also what is useful for the end users. He now lives and works in Milan where he collaborates with various studios and production companies including MDF Italia, Made a mano, EX.T, while continuing his collaboration with designer Prospero Rasulo.
