Martin Hirth

Martin Hirth was born in 1987 in Horb in the Black Forest (Germany) and studied product design at the University of Art and Design Offenbach. During his studies he founded his own studio and worked as an assistant to designer Sebastian Herkner from 2011-2014. This warm-hearted designer is fascinated by pragmatism and quality. His goal is to create designs that are as sustainable and elegant as possible.

Many award-winning designs that have been noticed by the international press have already been exhibited in Paris, Milan and Berlin. His work is characterised by its lightness of form and conceptual rigour. And minimalism and simple lines can also be found in the work he has created for Schönbuch, a German designer manufacturer of hallway furniture.
