Ota Svoboda

Czech designer Ota Svoboda graduated from the glass school in Nový Bor. In 2013, he joined the Bomma glassworks as a production foreman, but was soon promoted to the position of chief development manager and became a leading in-house designer. Ota Svoboda is at the heart of all new Bomma collections. He combines his years of experience and knowledge in crystal with his innate talent.

One of his designs is the Soap pendant light made of hand-blown clear crystal. The luminaire has a unique irregular shape that, together with pearlescent and other soft colour tones, will make a spectacular impression. The lighting stands out particularly well in airy and simply furnished interiors with high ceilings.
