Pascual Salvador
Pascual Salvador is a famous Catalan industrial designer who studied at Barcelona's Escola Massana and obtained diplomas in industrial design and interior architecture. He opened his own studio in Barcelona in 1989 and another in Mexico in 2005. He is a board member of several prestigious design associations, including ADI-FAD, BEDA and ADP. He has worked with major furniture and lighting companies and has won numerous awards for his designs.
His collaborations with renowned companies and public bodies are mainly in the areas of product design, consultancy and corporate image, and his activities include industrial design, graphic design, ephemeral architecture development, interior design, conceptual image development and the development of applied design strategies. These companies include, among others, Akaba, Biok, Biplax, Kemen, Perobell, Carpyen and Vilagrasa, for which he designed, for example, the ACTA information system and the FARGO practical hanger. He also credits his experience as a cantor at Barcelona's Llotja and Escuela Lai schools. He has also participated as a lecturer in many workshops, including those of the Vitra Design Museum, Industrial Design Projects and others.
