Sergio Mori
Sergio Mori was born in 1972. He studied at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and worked alongside architect Michele Capuani in the Crystal & Glass workshop. In 1998 he won the 18th Compasso d'Oro (young designers section) with Piaggio. Together with architect Paolo De Lucchi, he coordinated the design project for Vermoda-Dismero.
In 2002, Mori designed the Libera model for AV Mazzega. A year later he designed the c4 for Bonomi and the One for Flaminia ceramics. He created the Percorso divino installation for the Milan Furniture Fair and coordinated the Fluid project with architect Mauro Martinuz. His talent and originality are testified, for example, by the international Grand Design Prize. During his career, he has collaborated with Napkin, Horeka, Hotech, Geelli and Alma Design, for which he created the unconventional 2525 collection. In addition to his active design work, he also lectures on interior design at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Brescia.
