Sven Dogs Design

Sven Dogs was born in Berlin in 1974. At school he gained experience in drawing and painting and at the age of 17 he trained as an interior decorator with a renowned interior designer. In 1994 he completed his apprenticeship at the Meier shipyard in Papenburg, where he gained his first technical experience on cruise ships. But that was not enough for him, so he started studying product and graphic design. During his studies he worked as a freelance designer.

After winning the Assima Pocket competition, he started his career as a professional designer. He participated in several design exhibitions at home and abroad. He has worked on projects in industrial, interior and graphic design for the European and international market. With innovative ideas, simplicity and experimentation, he translates his concepts into products, spaces and experiences for other designers. For Crassevig he designed the EMMA chair design collection.
