Design coffee table Kolos
A sophisticated piece for modern interiors
Design studio Yonoh created the Kolos coffee table as an ironic interpretation of the Colosseum. It is formed in a plaster mould in a pottery workshop, where craftsmen apply the glaze and then fire the table. Although it is polished, the material from which it is made is evident. The corners absorb less paint and are lighter, while the pigments are concentrated in the rounded areas. Colossus thus forms a highly decorative side table that combines the function of a home accessory with artistic value, and is a bit of an exhibit. You can choose from several colour variations of glazed and lacquered ceramics and two sizes.
