History of ALBA
The history of the company began in the difficult and unanchored 90s of the last century. Alba CR was founded by its owner, Mr. Milan Laube, who built the now successful and stable company from scratch, so to speak. Thanks to his previous experience in the furniture industry, Mr. Laube was able to build on his previous experience and thus be the driving force behind the company's development. The founder's father, František Laube, later joined the company's management. The experience of both men still contributes to the stable and positive development of the company. All production was initially allocated only to the Central Bohemian village of Škvorec, where the company is still based today. However, as the company developed, other production facilities were added in Ostrava and later in Bučany, Slovakia. Within its region, ALBA CR is one of the major employers, contributing to the economic development of the area. Moreover, the pleasant family character of the company is underlined by low employee turnover - the most persistent employees have been working for the company for more than 20 years.
