Founded in 1974 in Brendola (Vicenza), BERICOPLAST has become one of the main European companies producing chairs and seats for sports arenas using plastic moulding technology. Great design and production dynamics have always characterised BERICOPLAST and thanks to this it is still able to produce and develop many products that meet the requirements of functionality, flexibility and adaptation to the environment in an innovative way. BERICOPLAST 's greatest asset is its more than 30 years of experience in the field of equipping sports facilities and working with moulded plastics. Bericoplast design in the world
The 2008 Africa Cup stadiums in Ghana are just a drop in the ocean of the projects Bericoplast has been involved in over the past few years. Besides being one of the suppliers of sports furniture for the FIFA brand since 2006 , Bericoplast has also been involved in the design of the X.0 Foro Italico tennis stadium in Rome, the Volkswagen Arena in Wolfsburg, Germany, the indoor sports arena in Nancy, France, furnished all the media centres for the 2006 FIFA World Cup and much more.
On all these occasions, the company has had the opportunity to work with talented designers and architects from all over the world. President Cleta Cimati, who continues to manage the company, is most proud of its strengths and values such as research, flexibility of production, an all-Italian production chain, timeliness and reliability of delivery. The company produces more than 450,000 products a year and currently covers all five continents.
Certified safe furniture
The products undergo rigorous tests according to the most stringent Italian and European regulations. In addition, they come with fire certification, "performance specifications" and, if necessary, assembly instructions. The products are also covered by warranties according to the law or special guarantees of the materials in question. The company's main focus is on the installation of sports equipment, but its competence extends much further; for example, cinema and theatre spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are no problem for Bericoplast.

Here are some examples of successful projects realized by Bericoplast. You had the opportunity to see several rows of cheerful colourful chairs at the film festival in the historical centre of Sarajevo. Another domain of the Bericoplast brand is the furnishing of sports venues. In the first photo on the left you can see the already mentioned Kumasi stadium in Ghana, the Italian multi-purpose indoor stadium with more than 1200 seats was red, and the same red seats were used in the realization of the Brno outdoor sports ground. The latest haul of somewhat unconventional seating is from Geneva, Switzerland.
