Cecilie Manz

Cecilie Manz was born in Denmark in 1972. After graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - The School of Design, including studies at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki, Cecilie Manz established her own studio in Copenhagen in 1998.

Cecilie's work focuses on industrial product design, experimental prototypes and sculpture. Her work is characterized by simplicity and a process towards a clean, aesthetic and functional product. She has received various awards such as Finn Juhl Architecture Award 2007 (Denmark), Crown Prince's Cultural Award 2014 (Denmark) and Designer of the Year 2018 (Paris).
