Claesson Koivisto Rune
Claesson Koivisto Rune was founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claessonen, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. It started as - and still is - an architectural office, but has since become multi-disciplinary. The work has won a number of awards, most recently including"Furniture of the Year 2012" and"Designer of the Year 2011" (Elle Decoration Sweden),"German Design Award (Gold) 2011" by the Federal Republic of Germany and"Best Home Design 2010 "(wallpaper). Claesson Koivisto Rune were also honoured in 2004 as the first Swedish architects whose products were ever exhibited in the international section of the Venice Architecture Biennale. Completed architectural projects include the Orsta Gallery Building in Kumla, the Sfera Building cultural house in Kyoto and the Nobis Hotel Stockholm.
