Joe Velluto
Joe Velluto (JVLT) is a design and communication studio in Vicenza. In 2002 they entered the "Opos Under 35" competition with "RosAria", the studio's first official project, which soon became part of a number of permanent design collections in Italy and abroad. In 2005, Joe Velluta's studio presented the book Salefino: nuovi sapori dal design italiano, and a year later, together with C. Morozzi's communication project "Nazionale Italiana Design" together with a new brand called "CoincasaDesign". Since 2007, members of the studio have been invited as visiting professors and have held teaching positions at several Italian universities and institutes, including the Italian School of Design in Padua, the Milan Polytechnic School of Design, Naba in Milan, Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Polimoda in Florence.
Joe Velluto currently works in the publishing sector for various companies and also does consulting and art coordination for several world-renowned companies. The studio has worked with Abet Laminati, Gruppo S. Pellegrino, Gruppo Coin, Meritalia, Mondadori, Nordica, Pandora Design, Plust, Pitti Immagine and Richard Ginori. Their work has been presented in many museums and festivals and the studio itself has won many prestigious awards.
