Jordi Ribaudi

Jordi Ribaudí is a renowned industrial designer who founded Estudio Ribaudí in 1996, a company specialising in product and lighting design. Over the years, the studio has collaborated with renowned housing companies to create exceptional pieces that elevate living spaces. In addition, as interior designers, they have successfully developed innovative retail concepts for major fashion brands. In 2005, Ribaudí embarked on a remarkable project when he initiated the restoration of a 19th century tannery. This historic site not only became the new home of his studio, but also turned into an exhibition and promotional space for the old industrial district of Igualada. With this visionary project, Ribaudí wanted to rejuvenate and showcase the architectural heritage and breathe new life into the abandoned tanneries.

Ribaudí's fascination with leather grew. Intrigued by its possibilities, he began to explore and experiment with the material. Jordi's design style can be described as a harmonious combination of aesthetics, functionality and innovation. His designs seamlessly combine form and purpose.
