Mark Robson

Mark Robson was born in 1965 in Barnet, Hertfordshire, UK. He studied at Middlesex University, London and gained an MA in furniture design from the Royal College of Art, London in 1989. Since the 1990s he has lived and worked in France as an independent designer, participating in various exhibitions such as the Axis Gallery in Tokyo, the International Biennale in Belgium, the Centre Pompidou and Salon du Meuble in France, and Superstudio Più in Milan.

Mark Robson's furniture projects are often born from ideas and experimental research. His works are present in the permanent collections of several museums such as the London Design Museum and the Minneapolis Museum of Modern Art. In the field of interior design, he has teamed up with Scab, for which he designs elegant and practical chair collections.
