Michael Schmidt
Michael Schmidt is a designer of industrial products. After graduating from the University of Stuttgart in Germany in 1989, he obtained a postgraduate qualification in industrial design of capital goods at the State Academy of Art and Design in Stuttgart. He started his professional career at Mercedes Benz in the Advanced Design and Concept Department and at DesignWorX, where he redesigned the AUDI logo in 1994. In 1995 he founded his own design studio in Stuttgart. Michael Schmidt considers himself to be a designer who turns stories into products.
