Piero Lissoni

Piero Lissoni was born in 1956 in Seregno, Province of Milan and is an internationally renowned architect and designer working in the fields of design, architecture and graphics. He received his degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano in 1985. The following year he founded Lissoni Associati with Elisabetta Canesi. Fascinated by graphic design and art, Lissoni founded Graphx, an agency specializing in visual communication and brand identity, in 1966, which was joined by Lissoni Architettura in 2013 and the New York-based subsidiary Lissoni Inc. in 2015. Among the numerous awards and recognitions Lissoni has received throughout his career are the ADI Compasso d'Oro, the Red Dot and the Good Design Award.
