Skrivo was founded by Croatian-Irish product designer Stefan Krivokapic. After studying industrial design, he collaborated with a number of design and architectural consultancies and worked on projects ranging from packaging to furniture, lighting, products, consumer electronics and exhibition stands. Stefan's multicultural background has always led him to take bits and pieces of different cultures, histories, values, materials and practices to create interesting and innovative products. At the core of each project is the idea of drawing on material, function or technology to arrive at thought-provoking and timeless solutions.

The studio specialises in industrial design in furniture and lighting and works with manufacturers across Europe. The projects always try to take into account the available production methods, while taking special consideration of materials research in order to create products that strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics. Since its foundation in 2012, the company has had the opportunity to design furniture, lighting and product lines for a number of international brands such as Sancal Diseño, Miniforms, Danese Milano, Opinion Ciatti, Amura & Potocco, as well as Softline, for which the company has created the harmonious HALO line, and Lacividna and its practical PINCH line.
