Westwood Marble

The Westwood Marble design studio was founded in 2022 in Munich, Germany, by partners Michael Daiminger and Martina Tauber. Michael is a trained graphic designer, later specializing in corporate design and packaging materials. He has also worked extensively in artistic photography. Martina is an art historian and started her career as a professional consultant. She has worked for leading Berlin galleries as a curator, salesperson and art concept designer.

Over many years of collaboration, Martina and Michael have accumulated countless creative ideas, which they transformed into stylish pieces of furniture and accessories after opening their studio. They use classic materials such as wood, stone and metal extensively in their work. Westwood Marble' s aim is to create timeless pieces that are not without a dimension of surprise. The duo have for example linked their journey with the German company SCHÖNBUCH. The SCENA shelving system is a collection of compartments for the presentation of art, books and other objects that can be arranged in countless variations of solutions, thus perfectly adapting the result to your needs of the moment.
