About Gandia Blasco

GANDIA BLASCO, known today for its range of outdoor furniture, was founded in 1941 by José Gandía Blasco as a family business producing blankets. In 1996, José needed to furnish the terrace of a house that the architect Ramón Esteve had recently built for him in Ibiza, so the two began to develop a collection of outdoor furniture. Thus was born the NA XEMENA collection, which filled a gap in the market and at that time had almost no competition. Gradually, the company expanded its activities worldwide and opened stores and showrooms in several countries.

The company currently has two product lines: outdoor furniture distributed under the GANDIA BLASCO brand and textiles (carpets and cushions) under the GAN brand. Despite the variety of styles and shapes, all these products share the same basic concept: products with materials of the highest quality, elegant, functional and with various exclusive designs that make them unique.

GANDIA BLASCO furniture has been designed for outdoor use in the greatest sense. It does not need any care, does not get damaged and can withstand the most severe weather conditions in any of the countries in which it is found. Years of research and innovation in the field of materials have led to optimum finishes. The finest metals, plastics and woods form the structure and base of any GANDIA BLASCO product.

The company employs young, dedicated entrepreneurs who believe in their work. Likewise, it works with renowned designers and young talents who are slowly but surely making a name for themselves in the field of design. With Spanish designer Borja García, she created the STACK garden collections, and her collaboration with José Antonio Gandía-Blasco resulted in the iconic DNA and TIMELESS lines. You can also admire the work of Odosdesign, Fran Silvestre, Charlotte Lancelot, Patricia Urquiola or Mario Ruiz.
